T-mobile G1 radiation levels?

well ive been reading that cellphones emit some radiation to your body and can cause brain cancer,tumors etc... I have a tmobile G1 and it says "according to FCC radiation tests, the G1 has a digital SAR rating of 1.11 watts per kilogram." now is that alot?? could that be enough to kill you? cause i talk on the phone for like 1 or 2 minutes a day and i like ALWAYS have it in my right pocket with a case on it, and i text alot with it in my hand is this dangers? should i get some sort of bluetooth headset ? im kinda freaking out now, im a hypochondriac i cant help it.
Help ASAP :D

There's been a lot of research about this type of thing, and they have yet to prove that cell phone radiation is harmful.
