I have a T-Mobile MDA PH20B with WM2003 and I want to install WM6 Is this correct? So how?

You're in a little problem. You may have brick the phone. Typically, these devices only allow you to improve the operating system level. You should have tried WM05 no 06. Hard Reset and hope that the firmware is intact.
