Many hospital managements and independent practitioners hire doctor answering service companies. These companies provide basically two types of answering services. The first is operator-based and the second is fully automated. Operator based systems usually charge a per-call rate. That means a hospital or a doctor has to pay a monthly fee, based on the number of calls received. The automated systems usually have a fixed charge. Why did answer machine record just 5-10 seconds long message?
1)My telephone set with answer system, but these days can record only 5--10 seconds long incoming message, it is too short for anyone! I asked telephone service provider (Bell Canada) they said that it is not their service problem. But I have bought a new one ,the same situation, Why ? I will appreciate if someone can give me some solutions ? It is urgent! I am afraid of missing some important message.
2)BTW, do you what kind of telephone set comes with these functions:answer system, recording time up to 30 minutes, two-way recording,give the brand,model,where can buy,maybe I need to buy another one? . Thank you in advance .
note: Thank for the responses of friends on internet , one told me that "your "box" is full." ,but I have unpluged it several times, so memory is empty.
